Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an alarm receiving and responding method and system. The system comprises a gateway server (1) with redundant design, a communication server (2), an alarm situation processing terminal (3), an application server (4), a database server (5) and an alarm responding center (6). The gateway server (1) is used for obtaining all sorts of alarm information input by external systems. The communication server (2) is used for determining the alarm situation processing terminal (3) which is used for processing all sorts of alarm information and transmitting the alarm information to the alarm situation processing terminal (3). The alarm situation processing terminal (3) is used for processing the alarm information, generating an alarm incident and uploading the alarm incident to the database server (5). The alarm situation processing terminal (3) is further used for forwarding the alarm incident to the alarm responding center (6) through the communication server (2). The alarm responding center (6)
