Hydraulic burst testing machine for micro-channel concurrent flow aluminum pipes

Provided is a hydraulic burst testing machine for micro-channel concurrent flow aluminum pipes. The hydraulic burst testing machine comprises a test platform, a water injection pressure device, a test sample water injection end sealing device I and a test sample tail end sealing device II. The sealing device I is equipped with a lower pressing block I and an upper pressing block I which is matched with the lower pressing block I. A lower sealing ring fixing slot is arranged at the upper end face of the lower pressing block I. An O-shaped sealing ring is arranged in the lower sealing ring fixing slot. A through slot which test samples go through is arranged at the outer circumference of the O-shaped sealing ring. A gap which test samples go through is arranged at one side of the lower sealing ring fixing slot. A water injection channel is arranged in the axial direction of the lower pressing block I, and the water injection channel is connected with a water inlet pipe of the water injection pressure device. An
