The water stop and guide structure comprises a water stop band, wherein a water stop slot is formed in the middle part of the water stop and guide structure; telescopic member mounting tank regions are formed in beam end parts of two sides of the bridge expansion joint. The water stop and guide structure is characterized in that the water stop band is arranged below a telescopic member; two side parts of the water stop band extend into the telescopic member mounting tank regions on the corresponding sides; filling layers for wrapping and fixing the side parts of the water stop band are poured into the telescopic member mounting tank regions.
