Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a polyurethane rigid foam composition, a heat-insulation layer and a heat-insulation pipeline. The polyurethane rigid foam composition comprises following components in parts by weight: 95-230 parts of polyisocyanate, 45-95 parts of polyether polyol, 5-55 parts of polyester polyol, and proper amounts of a catalyst and a foaming agent, wherein the polyether polyol comprises at least two polyether polyols with different hydroxyl values. According to the polyurethane rigid foam composition, the polyisocyanate, the at least two polyether polyols and the polyester polyol are simultaneously added according to a ratio, so that the liquidity of the composition can be adjusted; different reaction systems are formed by the at least two polyols and the polyisocyanate so that the solidification speed of the composition can be adjusted; the common adjustment is carried out by the different polyols and isocyanate so that the leveling and solidification time of the composition can be matched.
