The method comprises the following steps that the machine is manually started; open loop low voltage output is performed; a software control unit controls the machine to output an alternating current voltage with an effective value of 16 V-36 V in an open loop form; a short circuit state is judged; after the alternating current voltage is output, if a target voltage cannot be obtained, and output current is very large, the machine is stopped immediately; if a certain voltage is obtained, larger current appears within 5 seconds, the short circuit state is judged, or else, the software control unit controls the photovoltaic energy storage inverse control all-in-one machine to output an alternating current voltage with an effective value of 220 V in a closed loop form.
