After being sieved through a sieve in a hopper, the materials are sieved and quantitatively sub-packaged through a quantitative distributor and a quantitative pipe which are arranged below the hopper. After being sieved through the sieve in the hopper, the materials flow into the quantitative distributor and then flow into the quantitative pipe under the guidance of the equalization inclined surface in the quantitative distributor, and at the moment, the inner bottom surface of a material box fits the lower end surface of the quantitative pipe; after the quantitative pipe is filled up with the materials, the material box descends at uniform speed and the materials fall into the material box, so that the quantitative sub-packaging of the materials is finished.
