Powder materials added in the manufacturing process include marble powder, fluorite powder, sodium water glass and CMC (carboxy methylated cellulose), particle size distribution of the marble powder is 35-65% of 40-200 meshes, particle size distribution of the fluorite powder is 40-60% of 60-200 meshes, the weight ratio of the CMC to total powder is 0.3-0.5%, the modulus of the sodium water glass is 2.80-2.85, the alkaline stainless steel electrode is manufactured by the aid of the structure or combination of constructions, the strength of electrode covering is improved, air permeability is enhanced, and the covering bound on the electrode cannot crack in a high-temperature or low-temperature environment. |
