Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a swage for casting a high-pressure plunger pump solid rotor and a casting method for the swage. The swage comprises an upper swage, a lower swage and a swage core, wherein a cavity for casting the solid rotor is formed among the swage core, the upper swage and the lower swage; the radial wall thickness of the swage core and the thicknesses of the upper swage and the lower swage are 5/18 to 7/18 of the maximum outer diameter of the solid rotor. The casting method comprises the following steps of (1) preheating: preheating the swage to 400-450 DEG C and preserving the heat; (2) pouring: steadily injecting iron liquid of spheroidal graphite cast iron into the cavity of the swage at the pouring temperature of 1,450-1,480 DEG C for 15-20 seconds until the iron liquid is completely solidified, and finishing casting of the solid rotor.
