The device comprises a device shell, an input circuit, an output circuit and a main control circuit. The main control circuit is composed of a microprocessor and a switch circuit, the input circuit is connected with the input end of the microprocessor in a photocoupling mode, and the output end of the microprocessor is connected with the output circuit through the switch circuit.
