The large phased array radar antenna frame structure is formed by riveting a casting frame, multiple I-shaped aluminum beams, connecting angle members, a left longitudinal beam, a right longitudinal beam, an upper cross beam, a lower cross beam, four-corner joints, waveguide supporting strips, a skin, a supporting plate and the like. 128 slotted waveguides about 3 meters in length and other radar subsystems are mounted on a frame. By the frame, a bottleneck of difficulty in guaranteeing accuracy of a large phased array radar antenna is broken through, rigidity is improved by about 20-30% under the circumstance of same weight, the frame is low in cost and attractive in appearance, and environmental adaptability of the whole antenna is greatly improved after high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are pasted on the surfaces of the slotted waveguides.
