Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a vehicle on-line scheduling control system which comprises a monitoring and scheduling module for monitoring and scheduling a vehicle and an intelligent vehicle-mounted mobile terminal. The intelligent vehicle-mounted mobile terminal is used for obtaining vehicle positioning information and vehicle operation parameters and uploading the vehicle positioning information and the vehicle operation parameters to the monitoring and scheduling module. The intelligent vehicle-mounted mobile terminal is connected with a vehicle ECU and vehicle real-time operation data and stoppage data are obtained. A built-in GPS chip is connected with a navigation satellite signal to obtain the vehicle positioning information. The monitoring and scheduling module is connected with an intelligent vehicle-mounted mobile terminal signal through a wireless network.
