The invention discloses a heat exchanger for an automobile. The heat exchanger comprises a body. The body is rectangular, isosceles-trapezoid fluid seal heads are respectively arranged on two sides of the body, a refrigerant inlet is formed in one of the fluid seal head, a refrigerant outlet is formed in the other fluid seal head, a hot fluid inlet is formed in the center of a side surface of the body, and at least four hot fluid outlets are respectively formed in two sides of the hot fluid inlet and are symmetrically distributed relative to the hot fluid inlet. The heat exchanger for the automobile has the advantages that the heat exchanger in the design is simple in integral structure, high in heat exchange efficiency and good in safety performance, and service requirements of small automobiles can be met.
