Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method of improving the removal rate of gummy substances in waste cardboard paper. The method comprises the following steps: adding waste cardboard paper and water into a pulper; meanwhile, adding 0.01-0.03% of a complex enzyme consisting of lipase, cellulase and xylanase based on weight of the cardboard paper and 0.01-0.03% of a collector agent based on weight of the cardboard paper and degrading at 35-65 DEG C for 15-25 minutes to obtain paper pulp with concentration of 10-18%; then, adding the paper pulp into a flotation cell to float, wherein the concentration of the pulp is 0.6-1.5%, the throughput is 25-35L/h, the pressure is 0.3-1MPa and the floatation time is 10-20 minutes; and finally, further diluting the paper pulp to concentration of 0.1-0.2%, and then washing by a 120-mesh copper net. Through the manner, the removal rate of the gummy substances in the cardboard paper by the method can reach 60.1-64%. |
