The method comprises the following steps of (1) pretreating, (2) melting, (3) tackifying and (4) online recycling. A waste silk melt pipeline is connected into a melt conveying pipeline through a metering system, the tackified waste silk melt enters the melt conveying pipeline through the waste silk melt pipeline, and in order to guarantee the stability of the production process and performance of polyester fibers, the flow-rate ratio of the waste silk melt and the spinning melt is controlled at 1: 20 to 1:5; the waste silk melt is adequately and uniformly mixed with the spinning melt in the melt conveying process to continuously participate in the direct spinning production process of the polyester fiber melt.
