Sintering mixture and application thereof

The invention belongs to the field of sintering mixtures and particularly relates to a sintering mixture and an application thereof. The sintering mixture is characterized by consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of quick lime, 1-3 parts of dolomite, 4-6 parts of fuel, 81-84 parts of uniformly-mixed mineral powder and 31-34 parts of return fines, wherein the fuel consists of coke powder and semicoke, and the part ratio by weight of the coke powder to the semicoke to (7-9):(1-3) according to the total weight of the fuel. The thickness of a feed layer is more than or equal to 700mm, and the ignition temperature is 1170-1200 DEG C. According to the sintering mixture and the application thereof, the problems of caking, blockage and the like in electrostatic precipitation are solved, the sintering production cost is reduced, and therefore the purposes of improving the quality of sintering ore, saving energy and protecting environment are achieved.
