Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a photocatalyst air filter and a manufacture method thereof. The photocatalyst air filter comprises an outer shell, a photocatalyst film, a light emitting diode module, and a fan, wherein the outer shell comprises a passage; the photocatalyst film is arranged in the passage; the light emitting diode module is arranged in the passage in a manner of enabling light emitted from the light emitting diode module to irradiate on the photocatalyst film effectively; and the fan is arranged in one end of the passage and used for intaking external air from the other end of the passage or intaking external air from the end provided with the fan.
