The invention provides an automatic bread maker capable of reducing collision sounds generated in a grinding step and preventing cooking material from scattering outside a cooker; the automatic bread maker comprises: a cooker contained in a baking room arranged in an equipment body and used for placing cooking material including grain particles and liquid; grinding impellers grinding the grain particles placed in the cooker through rotation in the cooker; a control portion used for executing the grinding step employing the grinding impellers to grind the grain particles; the control portion enables the grinding impellers to rotate at a first speed from the start of the grinding step to a preset time; the control portion enables the grinding impellers to rotate at a second speed bigger than the first speed when the preset time is finished.
