The banknote depositing processing apparatus determines a banknote depositing number by transaction unit and is characterized by comprising an input part for inputting banknotes; a transmission part for outputting and transmitting the banknotes inputted in the input part by taking one banknote as a unit; a classification banknote accumulation part for classifying and accumulating the banknotes transmitted in the transmission part according to cash types; a classification banknote cumulative part for cumulating the banknotes classified and accumulated in the classification banknote accumulation part as an undetermined banknote depositing number; a temporary determination part for temporarily determining the undetermined banknote depositing number cumulated in the classification banknote cumulative part when the banknote are withdrawn under the situation that withdrawal of the banknotes classified and
