The resin finishing liquid comprises, by mass: 2-3% of sodium bicarbonate, 3-4% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-3% of a penetrant fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 2-3% of triethanolamine, 7-8% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 10-15% of waterborne polyurethane with a solid content of 20-25%, 1-2% of rosin-polythylene oxide ester, 2-3% of waterborne acrylic resin with a solid content of 45-50%, 1-2% of sodium carbonate, 2-3% of methyl trimethoxysilane, 4-5% of waterborne terminated isocyanate with a solid content of 60-65%, and the balance water.
