Zusammenfassung:	The present invention enables highly accurate and specific detection of various kinds of fungi over a wide range in an examination for confirming the presence or absence of fungi. A method for detecting fungi, said method comprising a step for amplifying DNA fractions containing target regions of fungal DNA and confirming the presence or absence of amplification products, wherein the ITS region and ss-tubulin gene are used as the target regions. A reaction solution for PCR to be used for amplifying the target regions, wherein the concentration ratio between a primer set for amplifying ss-tubulin gene and a primer set for amplifying ITS region is within the range of 1:0.9 to 1:0.1.
