Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a longan filial generation purity verification method based on EST-SSR (expressed sequence tag-simple sequence repeat) markers, which comprises the following steps: extracting genome DNAs (deoxyribonucleic acids) of longan parents and filial generation, carrying out PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification with SSR primers by using the longan genome DNA as a template, carrying out gel electrophoresis on the amplification product, and carrying out EST-SSR on the electrophoresis result. The method can implement real early verification on the filial generation within 5 hours, has the advantages of high speed, high accuracy, low cost and the like and is simple to operate.
