Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to preparation of a composite phytic acid sugar alcohol ester chelating agent which is applicable to the field of agricultural and forestry production as well as medicine and public health. According to the invention, incomplete acylation is performed on phytic acid, then the phytic acid reacts with sugar alcohol to obtain the composite phytic acid sugar alcohol ester; the composite ester can dissolve in water easily and can obviously reduce the surface tension of liquid; the composite ester can be used as a polydentate ligand to form a chelate with an alkali metal element or a transition metal element. The composite phytic acid sugar alcohol ester chelating agent is the best chelating agent and surface active agent of medium trace elements demanded by a plant.
