Composite shell and making method thereof

The invention provides a composite shell. The composite shell comprises a substrate and a highlight layer positioned on the surface of the substrate; and the substrate is formed by hot-pressing a dry fiber cloth and a transparent thermoplastic PA (polyamide) film, and the highlight layer is a transparent PC (polycarbonate) layer. The invention also provides a making method of the composite shell. In the composite shell, the substrate is formed by hot-pressing the dry fiber cloth and the transparent thermoplastic PA film without a curing process, so the technological period is substantially shortened, and the production cost is substantially shortened; and the highlight layer formation and a pre-dipping process are simultaneously carried out, so there is no need to carry out secondary transfer of products, that is, the pre-dipping of the dry fiber cloth and the highlight layer formation are simultaneously realized through one-step hot pressing molding, thereby the highest product yield reaches above 90%.
