Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a squeeze casting quantitative pouring device. The squeeze casting quantitative pouring device comprises a squeezing cylinder. The squeezing cylinder is sequentially connected with a pouring device and a smelting furnace through a transmission pipeline. A piston type punch pin is arranged in a forming cavity of the squeezing cylinder. A push rod which is driven by an injection mechanism of a casting machine is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the punch pin through a screw. Stepped holes are formed in the center of the punch pin and the center of the push rod in a vertical-through mode. A pressure sensor is arranged in the stepped hole in the punch pin. A sensor wire penetrates through the stepped hole in the push rod, and the pressure sensor is electrically connected with a control device through the sensor wire.
