High temperature resistant pre-coating type anaerobic adhesive and preparation method thereof

The invention is a high temperature resistant pre-coating type anaerobic adhesive, which is composed of a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following components by weight: 35-55% of water, 3%-10% of a water-soluble thickening agent, 1%-5% of an adhesive, 0.01%-3% of a polymerization accelerator, 0.1%-2% of a red pigment, 3%-15% of a filler, 25%-50% of methacrylate monomer and 1%-20% of heat resistant additive; and the component B is a micro capsule initiator. The invention is applicable to thread locking and fixing under high temperature condition of 200 DEG C; and the product has significantly improved heat aging resistance and wide range of application, meets the demand of high temperature condition, which can not be achieved by a current ordinary pre-coating anaerobic adhesive, and especially makes up for the deficiency of unsuitability to locking and fixing under high temperature.
