4'-methoxyl chalcone compounds as well as preparation method and use thereof

The invention relates to a preparation method and use of 4'-methoxyl chalcone compounds. The 4'-methoxyl chalcone compounds are prepared by the step of carrying out a condensation reaction on seven different para-substituted benzaldehyde as raw materials and 4-methoxyl acetophenone to generate a target product in the existence of alkali. The compounds can activate the activity of tyrosinase, and meanwhile increase melanin content in cells and can be used for clinically preparing medicines for treating leucoderma. In vitro tyrosinase activity test is carried out for the synthesized compounds, and tests on tyrosinase and melanin content in B16 melanoma cells are further carried out. The experimental results show that the compounds 2f and 2g have a certain effect of activating the activity of tyrosinase. The compound 2d has a better effect of activating the activity of tyrosinase. The compounds 2b, 2e, 2f and 2g have certain proliferation effects to tyrosinase and melanin content in B16 melanoma cells of mice in
