Russule-containing nutritional cream and production method thereof

The invention discloses russule-containing nutritional cream. The russule-containing nutritional cream is produced by using the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of russule, 15-25 parts of longan pulp, 25-35 parts of tuckahoe, 15-25 parts of barbary wolfberry fruit, 5-15 parts of red date without stone and a right amount of water. A production method of the russule-containing nutritional cream comprises the following steps: respectively sorting the raw materials, and drying till the moisture content is lower than 13%; respectively grinding the raw materials till all powder passes through a 100-mesh screen, and uniformly mixing in proportions; adding drinking water, the weight of which is 5-10 times of the weigh of the materials, to the mixed powder, stirring for 10-15 minutes, and steaming for 30 minutes by steam at the temperature of 110-120 DEG C; grinding at least three times by a colloid mill, thus obtaining the nutritional cream. The russule-containing nutritional cream has the effects of nourishing yin, invigorating the circulation of blood, calming the nerves, beautifying the skin, improving the immunity, strengthening the body, prolonging life and the like.
