Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an on-line monitoring system and on-line monitoring method for all electrical devices of a power plant. The on-line monitoring system includes a plurality of electrical devices, electrical device monitoring devices respectively connected with all the electrical devices, and a master control device electrically connected with the multiple electrical device monitoring devices; and the multiple electrical device monitoring devices are connected by fieldbuses. According to the system, all the electrical device monitoring devices of the power plant are unified to one background and are arranged in the master control device, so that running and monitoring of the power plant can be carried out beneficially and high-efficiency and high-automation running of the power plant is helped. Moreover, the advantages of centralized controlling, high intelligentization, and high precision are realized.
