Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a polyester solar cell backing plate film and a preparation method of the polyester solar cell backing plate film. The polyester solar cell backing plate film comprises a middle film layer and outer surface film layers, wherein the outer surface film layers are composited on the upper surface and lower surface of the middle film layer. Each surface film layer is composed of raw materials including 15-95 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 5-90 parts of poly(ethylene naphthalate), and 2-30 parts of functional master batch. The middle film layer is composed of raw materials including 70-98 parts of the polyethylene glycol terephthalate and 2-30 parts of the functional master batch. The polyester solar cell backing plate film prepared through the method is good in weatherability and hydrolytic resistance, excellent in barrier property, and long in service life; the preparation method of the polyester solar cell backing plate film is simple, environmentally friendly and low in cost
