Aluminized silicon slurry and method for preparing aluminum-silicon permeated layer on surface of turbine blade

The invention belongs to the chemical gas phase deposition technology, and relates to aluminized silicon slurry and a method for preparing an aluminum-silicon permeated layer on the surface of a turbine blade. The aluminized silicon slurry with high silicon content consists of permeating a permeating agent and a binding agent, wherein the permeating agent comprises pure aluminum powder and metal silicon powder; the binding agents comprise acetone, acetylacetone and nitrocellulose.
