Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the chemical gas phase deposition technology, and relates to aluminized silicon slurry and a method for preparing an aluminum-silicon permeated layer on the surface of a turbine blade. The aluminized silicon slurry with high silicon content consists of permeating a permeating agent and a binding agent, wherein the permeating agent comprises pure aluminum powder and metal silicon powder; the binding agents comprise acetone, acetylacetone and nitrocellulose. The method for preparing the aluminum-silicon permeated layer on the surface of the turbine blade comprises the steps of preparing the aluminized silicon slurry, cleaning the surface of the turbine blade, coating the aluminized silicon slurry, drying the aluminized silicon slurry, forming the aluminum-silicon permeated layer, cleaning the turbine blade and dispersing the aluminum-silicon permeated layer.
