Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method and device generating flow quality comparison parameters, a recommending method and device for advertisement positions outside a station and an advertisement billing method and device. The method generating the flow quality comparison parameters comprises the steps that a server collects clicking log data and deal-making log data of corresponding commodities or services delivered at the advertisement positions outside the station for the advertisement positions outside the station; according to the clicking log data and the deal-making log data, effect data of the advertisement positions outside the station are generated; according to the effect data of the advertisement positions outside the station, quality indexes of advertisement flow of the corresponding advertisement positions outside the station are obtained; according to the quality indexes of the advertisement flow of the advertisement positions outside the station, flow quality comparison parameters of the advertiseme
