Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for determining 2-furfural in a dextran-40 raw material. The method comprises the three steps of raw material preparation, solid phase extraction and liquid phase detection. Before liquid phase analysis, a raw material solution is pretreated, furfural is enriched and adsorbed through a Waters Oasis HLB solid phase extraction small column, dextran-40 is removed, and a liquid phase sample solution is collected; meanwhile, a gradient elution mode is adopted in the liquid phase detection, a mobile phase A is methyl alcohol, a mobile phase B is a 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution, the pH is adjusted to 3.0 through phosphoric acid, and the service life of a chromatographic column is prolonged.
