Strength reinforced card-type key and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention provides a strength reinforced card-type key and a manufacturing method thereof, and especially relates to a strength reinforced card-type key of which the strength is improved while the card-type key is light and thin and a manufacturing method thereof. The card-type key comprises: a circuit board provided with electronic components on one surface; a key base arranged on the circuit board and in which a mechanical key is inserted; a battery base arranged on the circuit board and in which a battery for supplying power to the electronic components in inserted; a reinforcing rib arranged at the other surface of the circuit board and used for reinforcing the strength of the circuit board; and a resin casing covering the circuit board, the key base, the battery base and the reinforcing rib, wherein the reinforcing rib is formed in a rod shape, and is installed on the other surface of the circuit board in a long-strip shape.
