Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of fluorescent powder with a single crystal structure of a light-emitting diode (LED). The method comprises the following steps: mixing and evenly grinding CaCO3, BaCO3, H3BO3, Eu2O3 and MnCO3; putting the ground raw materials into a corundum ark; annealing in a weakly reducing atmosphere H2/N2; cooling the annealed sample to room temperature and grinding, so as to obtain the fluorescent powder with the single crystal structure of the LED, namely Ba1.97Ca1-x(B3O6)2:Eu0.03, Mnx (x is smaller than 0.15 and greater than 0). The fluorescent powder with the single crystal structure of the LED prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the single crystal structure, and can be applied to an ultraviolet-excited white LED. |
