High gloss plastic composite material

The invention discloses a high gloss plastic composite material, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), 2-4 parts of a flow modifier, 3-6 parts of titanium dioxide, 8-10 parts of common light calcium carbonate, 4-6 parts of an organic tin heat stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of ultraviolet light absorber UV-531, and 15-25 parts of acrylic acid copolymer (ACR). The plastic parts molded by the invention have good surface gloss; the gloss (60 degrees) of the product can be up to over 80 according to the test standard of ASTMD523-1989. The product is good in tensile strength; the tensile strength is greater than 50MPa according to the test standard of ASTMD638-2003. Compared with the coated product, the high gloss plastic composite material is high in gloss; the spraying link is reduced; the cost is effectively reduced; the labor intensity is reduced; the pollution on the environment is also reduced.
