Electronic supervision code assigning method

The invention discloses an electronic supervision code assigning method. The method includes the first step that a code assigning device obtains an electronic supervision code and then transmits the electronic supervision code to a thermal transfer printer; the thermal transfer printer simultaneously receives conveyor speed signals transmitted by an encoder, printing position signals transmitted by a photoelectric sensor, and electronic supervision code data signals transmitted by the code assigning device; an air cylinder of the thermal transfer printer presses a printing head down to be attached to a black thermal transfer ribbon tightly, then the black thermal transfer ribbon is attached to a printing base material tightly, and carbon black on the black thermal transfer ribbon is transferred to a printing surface of the printing base material; the second step that the printing surface of the printing base material is coated with glue through a composite machine, and then the printing surface of the printin
