Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a folding handlebar (20) for a bicycle, comprising: a first tube (30); a second tube (32) pivotally mounted relative to the first tube (30), said folding handlebar having a folded state and an unfolded state; a locking member (40) for maintaining the folding handlebar (20) in its unfolded state by preventing the second tube (32) from pivoting relative to the first tube (30), wherein the locking member (40) can be unlocked such that the second tube (32) is allowed to pivot relative to the first tube (30), and the locking member (40) is movable between a locking position and an unlocking position. The folding handlebar is characterized in that the first tube (30) includes a blocking device (80) movable between a blocking position where the blocking device (80) forms a stopper preventing the locking member (40) from moving to its unlocking position, and an unblocking position where the blocking device (80) does not prevent the locking member (40) from moving to its unlocking position.
