Working-layer-demounting-free direct pouring method of pouring-formed ladle lining

The invention relates to a working-layer-demounting-free direct pouring method of a pouring-formed ladle lining. The method includes: without demounting a working layer, after a wall-wrapping mould is seated, forming a cavity, namely a filling layer, between the mould and the original working layer, injecting special pouring materials small in particle and identical in material into the filling layer, and vibrating the inner wall of the mould with an air pick to enable the pouring materials to flow downwards continuously until the density (the density is slightly smaller than that of a conventional vibrating method by a vibrating rod) is reached. The method is simple in process, high in efficiency and low in power consumption, and cost can be saved by more than 40%. Besides, the method can be widely used as a method for pouring ladle linings of steel plants.
