Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a system for estimating the discharging amount of excrement of laying hens and evaluating a pollution risk and an establishing method of the system. The system comprises a subsystem for estimating the discharging amount of the excrement of the laying hens and the discharging amount of nutritional ingredients in the excrement, and a subsystem for utilizing and returning the excrement of the laying hens to a field. The subsystem for estimating the discharging amount of the excrement of the laying hens and the discharging amount of the nutritional ingredients in the excrement is used for determining the number of the raised laying hens in different regions, the number of the large-scale raised laying hens and a pollution generating coefficient of the excrement of the laying hens, and estimating the discharging amount of the excrement of the laying hens and the discharging amount of the nutritional ingredients in the excrement of the laying hens according to the number of the raised laying
