Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for forging and producing TC4 titanium alloy bars by using a precision forging machine. The method comprises the following steps: heating, forging and cooling so as to obtain bar finished products, wherein in the forging process, the open die forging temperature is controlled to be greater than or equal to 850 DEG C; the forging frequency is controlled so as to control the range of temperature rise of the bars; the deformation of each pass except for the last one forging pass is controlled to 10%-25%, and the deformation of each pass except for the last one forging pass is uniformly distributed; the pause cooling between the forging passes is carried out based on the condition that the temperature of the bars does not rise and is less than or equal to 840 DEG C. The method can be used for efficiently producing the high-quality TC4 bars by using existing blanks so as to meet the low-cost production requirements of the bars with the diameters of 100-200mm. |
