Insulation thermal conductive polyphenylene sulfide composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an insulation thermal conductive polyphenylene sulfide composite material and a preparation method thereof. The polyphenylene sulfide composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-60 percent of a polyphenylene sulfide powder material, 20-60 percent of large-particle-diameter thermal conductive filler, 5-20 percent of small-particle-diameter thermal conductive filler, 0.3-1 percent of a coupling agent, 0.2-0.4 percent of an antioxidant, and 0.2-0.5 percent of processing auxiliary. According to the thermal conductive polyphenylene sulfide composite material prepared by adopting the method, the large-particle-diameter thermal conductive filler and the small-particle-diameter thermal conductive filler are filled in the polyphenylene sulfide composite material, and the prepared composite material is high in thermal conductive performance and excellent in other physical and chemical performances of the material; the preparation process is simple.
