The invention provides a copolyester thermoplastic material used for three-dimensional printing and preparation and application thereof. The copolyester thermoplastic material is mainly prepared from monomers of the raw materials consisting of, by mass, 35 to 48 parts of dicarboxylic acid, 30 to 43 parts of dihydric alcohol, 8 to 15 parts of acrylate and 7 to 15 parts of a spiro-compound through copolymerization in the presence of a catalyst.
