Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a primer and a kit for real-time fluorescence quantification PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection of a chlamydophila abortus Taqman-MGB (Minor Groove Binder) probe as well as a detection method. According to the method, one region on an MOMP (Major Outer Membrane Protein) on a target sequence is designed to be provided with two primers and one probe. The kit comprises a 2*Premix Ex TaqTm buffering solution, a positive control, a negative control and sterilized de-ionized water. According to the primer, the kit and the detection method, an aim target sequence can be detected rapidly, efficiently, specifically and highly-sensitively by a two-step method amplification method and a simple reaction condition; the operation is simple and convenient and expensive instruments and reagents are not needed; the technical requirements of operators do not exist, the detection cost is low and the detection time is short.
