Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a corrosion resistance technology for the internal surface of a large-diameter ball valve body. The technology includes the following steps that first, an inner hole which needs to be lined with a 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel ring of the valve body is turned to a needed size, and the thickness of the stainless steel ring is reserved; second, the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel ring is prefabricated, the machined stainless steel ring is cut off in the circumferential direction to form steel strips, and a group of through holes are manufactured evenly in the width direction of each stainless steel strip; third, each manufactured stainless steel strip is welded to the corresponding portion of the valve body through a welding rod till the whole matching face is welded completely to form a complete 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel matching face; fourth, the inner hole of the valve body after being welded is fine turned till the size of the inner hole meets drawing requirements.
