Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method for enriching alkoxy glycerol in shark liver oil. The method comprises the following steps: mixing shark liver oil, short chain alcohol and lipase to react, and removing the unreacted raw materials and byproducts to obtain the alkoxy-glycerol-enriched product. According to the method, the enzymatic alcoholysis and molecular distillation techniques are combined to enrich the alkoxy glycerol in the shark liver oil. The method does not need to consume caustic soda or toxic and volatile organic solvents, does not generate waste harmful to the environment, can reserve natural n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the shark liver oil, and prevents waste of nutrients.
