Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an automatic flip-over type quick positioning and compacting device which comprises dual-purpose compacting head, a screw rod, a spring, a baseplate, a retaining plate and a pulling plate. The baseplate is fixedly connected with a rotary shaft. The dual-purpose compacting head is sleeved on the rotary shaft. The spring is arranged between the dual-purpose compacting head and the baseplate. Positioning plates are mounted on two sides of the dual-purpose compacting head and detachably connected with the dual-purpose compacting head. The automatic flip-over type quick positioning and compacting device has the advantages that repeated accuracy of a clamp is guaranteed by the spring; when rotated, the screw rod can drive the dual-purpose compacting head to return to an original position lightly under the action of the spring, so that reliability is high, clamping effect is good, and repeated accuracy is high.
