The channel circuit j(j=1-n) is formed by an input capacitor Cij, an inductor Lj, an N-MOS tube Mj, a diode Dj, a capacitor Caj, a coupled inductor Laj, a coupled inductor Lbj, an N-MOS tube Maj, a diode Daj and an output capacitor Coj.
