An image sensing device with pixel level automatic optical attenuators

The invention discloses an image sensing device used for acquiring pixel data of a plurality of pixels in an image. The image sensing device comprises a substrate, a plurality of photosensitive units, and a plurality of pixel level automatic optical attenuators. Each photosensitive unit forms in the substrate and is corresponding to one of the plurality of pixels. The photosensitive units are used for sensing a luminous flux and generating a voltage according to the luminous flux. The voltage is corresponding to the pixel data of a corresponding pixel. Each pixel level automatic optical attenuator is corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive units, and is used for automatically adjusting the luminous flux which is incident on the corresponding photosensitive unit according to an electric field generated by the voltage generated by the corresponding photosensitive unit.
