Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an dielectric ceramic composition which can not only well maintain various characteristics, can but also disappear high AC destroy voltage, and provides an electronic component of the dielectric ceramic composition suitable for an dielectric layer. The dielectric ceramic composition is composed of a compound represented by a formula Bax(Ti1-ySny)O3 and an oxide of Zn, wherein x is 0.970-0.996, and y is 0.050-0.130. When converted to be ZnO, the content of the oxide of Zn, relative to the compound weight being 100 parts, is 1.5-8.0 parts by weight. The dielectric ceramic composition further contains an oxide of Nb, and converted to be Nb2O5, the content of the oxide of Nb, relative to the compound weight being 100 parts, is less than 0.6 parts by weight.
