Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses edible tea paper. A tea-containing material of the tea paper and drinking water are mixed into paper pulp at a mass ratio of 1:2-1:5. The tea-containing material comprises the following components by mass percentage: 20%-45% of tea powder, 20%-30% of malt syrup at a mass concentration of 80%, 10%-30% of wheatmeal, 1%-4% of glycerol, 0.5%-3% of sodium alginate, 1%-2.5% of xanthan gum, 0.5%-2.5% of sodium caseinate, 1%-3.5% of phospholipid, 1%-3% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.1%-2% of Arabic gum, 0.1%-1% of citric acid, 0.5%-1% of table salt, 0.2%-0.8% of agar, 0%-0.3% of monosodium glutamate and 0%-0.2% of sucralose. The invention further discloses a fabrication method of the paper. The edible paper contains nutritional ingredients of tea, reserves light tea perfume and tea taste, and can serve as inner packaging paper of tea food and novel leisure food.
